Our story
MyBenefits was founded by Sherif Zaki in 2020 as an SaaS platoform that enables companies to streamline and standardize employee benefits. In 2021 MyBenefits raised a $780,000 seed round from EdgeGlobal with participation from individual investors: Musaab Al Hakami and Turki AlJeaid.

Benchmarking Report
At MyBenefits specializes in helping companies manage and standardize multiple areas of the Total Rewards package that organizations provide to staff through customized versions of the MyBenefits application. As part of our ongoing service, a subject that has come up time and time again is the management of school allowances, fees and administration of these fees.

Given the scope of our user base and the emphasis of school fee allowances in attracting, retaining and supporting teams, we decided to compile a UAE benchmarking report for school fee allowances. This is part of an ongoing series of research we will be releasing across the region in respect to Total Rewards.

The MyBenefits School Allowance Benchmarking (SAB) Report was created to give you a 360° view of available school allowances in the UAE, and to help find ways of making them easier to implement.
